Outpatient
Rehabilitation Services
Our
outpatient rehabilitation services include Physical Therapy,
Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy disciplines. Our
outpatient rehabilitation center is located off U.S. 59 in
the Brentwood area between Sam’s Club and Tractor Supply.
Outpatient rehabilitation serves patients who require
additional therapy after being discharged from the hospital
as well as those with permanent or temporary medical
conditions or injuries not requiring hospitalization. When
your activity and functional levels have been diminished due
to illness or injury, our rehabilitation professionals and
programs can help restore what was lost and maximize your
potential to return available function. Patients need only
be referred by their physicians to take advantage of our
facility and services. We serve all age groups from
pediatrics to geriatrics. Hours of operation are Monday to
Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. Our phone number is 632-2639
(BODY).

Aftercare program
The aftercare
program allows Physical and Occupational therapy
patients to maintain the strength and flexibility achieved
through their supervised rehabilitation program.
Personalized home and/or aftercare programs are available
once the prescribed therapy program is complete. The former
patient can use the same equipment to progress “on their
own” and take ownership in their recovery. Individuals in
the aftercare program pay a small fee based on their usage
of the program.
Industrial
Rehabilitation and Reconditioning
Our Industrial Rehabilitation program includes both
preventative and post injury measures. We can assist with
measuring physical demands for job descriptions, job site
analysis for ergonomic assessment, back safety and body
mechanics education classes and implementation of wellness
services.
Post injury we provide Physical and Occupational Therapy to
assist with returning workers to the workplace safely. We
provide orthopedic therapy services and can utilize work
conditioning programs to graduate patients from the therapy
clinic back to the work place. Functional Capacity
Evaluations are also available in one day, two day or job
specific formats.
