Outpatient Rehabilitation Services

Our outpatient rehabilitation services include Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy disciplines. Our outpatient rehabilitation center is located off U.S. 59 in the Brentwood area between Sam’s Club and Tractor Supply. Outpatient rehabilitation serves patients who require additional therapy after being discharged from the hospital as well as those with permanent or temporary medical conditions or injuries not requiring hospitalization. When your activity and functional levels have been diminished due to illness or injury, our rehabilitation professionals and programs can help restore what was lost and maximize your potential to return available function. Patients need only be referred by their physicians to take advantage of our facility and services. We serve all age groups from pediatrics to geriatrics. Hours of operation are Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. Our phone number is 632-2639 (BODY).
