As the Director of
Business Development, Jon Lamkin is responsible for real
estate development, regional business development, and
physician recruiting/relations. Additionally, Mr. Lamkin
manages the hospital’s satellite clinics and the Medical
Office Buildings.
Mr. Lamkin joined the
Woodland Heights team in 2002; however, he began his career
in healthcare in 1982. For the last 20 years, Mr. Lamkin
has worked in various settings including a regional planning
agency, a University medical school, a consulting practice,
and physician practices. In the hospital field, Mr. Lamkin
has performed a variety of functions including health
planning, clinic operations, healthcare consulting,
marketing, hospital acquisition and development,
administration, and physician practice management.
Mr. Lamkin is a board
member for the Angelina Youth Soccer Association and is a
class representative for the Boys Soccer Booster Club.
Professionally, Mr. Lamkin serves on the Angelina County and
Cities Health District Advisory Board.
