 Jannett Fowler
Director of Quality and Risk Management
Jannett Fowler, RN MBA joined the Woodland Heights team in
February 2005 as the Director of Quality and Risk
Management. Mrs. Fowler is responsible for directing the
Quality Improvement initiatives for the facility as well as
the regulatory requirements for the Center for Medicare
Services and the Joint Commission on Accreditation for
Hospitals. She also serves as the hospital’s Ethics and
Compliance Officer.
Mrs. Fowler earned her associate degree in nursing from
Tyler Junior College in Tyler, Texas and her Masters in
Business Administration from LeTourneau University in
Longview, Texas. Mrs. Fowler is a member of the American
Health Information Management Association, the American
Society for Healthcare Risk Management and a Fellow of the
American Institute for Healthcare Quality from the American
Board of Quality Assurance and Utilization Review
Physicians.
Mrs. Fowler is over the Children’s Ministry Worship hour for
the 4-6 year old age group at Trinity Baptist Church. She
and her husband George have two children, Megan and Nicolas.
